Please note that your BOOKING IS CONFIRMED as soon as you received a confirmation email from our secured online booking server. You will observe a status named 'pending'. This information ONLY REFERS TO YOUR PAYMENT STATUS since we will only debit your credit card on the tour day. YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED. You might receive a separate email from our office 1 or 2 days after your online booking if we require any additional information from you (eg. pick up location).

What happens if you have to cancel your booking:

    Cancellation more than a week in advance : no fee
    Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure date: we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee
    Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show : we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount. A cancellation fee of $25 is due for any no-show.


    What happens if we have to cancel the tour:

    We reserve the right to cancel all or part of any tour if in our considered opinion road conditions may have deteriorated to a degree where safety could become an issue. If only a part of any tour is cancelled, no refund is due. For cancellation of an entire tour, we will refund you with any payment you already made up to the cancellation date.
