AVAILABILITY The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation more than a week in advance : no fee
- Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure date: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show : 100% of the total amount
IF WE NEED TO CANCEL A TOUR
We reserve the right to cancel all or part of any tour if in our considered opinion road conditions may have deteriorated to a degree where safety could become an issue.
If only a part of any tour is cancelled, no refund is due. For cancellation of an entire tour, we will refund you with any payment you already made up to the cancellation date.

Those tours are not available on Public Holidays. We reserve the right to visit other wineries as outlined in the service description due to opening hours of the vineyards.
